Refund policy

At TAK Waterman, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. If that is the case, please read the following policy to learn about our return and refund process.

Eligible Items:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear or use or smell of cigarettes.

  • Items that are marked as "on sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We do not issue refunds for fishing rods, reels, or lures. Any defects or refund requests for these items must be processed directly through the manufacturer.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service at takwaterman@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Once the return has been approved, you will receive a return shipping label* and instructions on how to return the item(s).

  • Return the item(s) to us in their original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear or use.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • If the item was received as a gift, the refund will be issued as store credit.

  • For returns that are not accompanied by an exchange, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.

  • Shipping fees for the first exchange will be covered by TAK Waterman.
