Refund policy

At TAK Waterman, we take pride in building quality products that are made to be used. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear or use.
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift cards and custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

Fishing Tackle

Fishing rods, reels, and lures are not eligible for return once used. Manufacturer defects are covered under each manufacturer's warranty and must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

If you receive the wrong item or an item that arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Return Process

  1. Email us at takwaterman@gmail.com to request a return or exchange.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
  4. Carefully package and return your item in its original condition.

Returns that do not meet the requirements above may be refused and returned to the customer.

Refunds

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after your return has been received, inspected, and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • If the purchase was received as a gift, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

  • TAK Waterman will cover shipping on your first exchange.
  • Additional exchanges may require additional shipping charges.

Product Quality

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We'll evaluate the issue and work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise make it right whenever possible.
